We are looking for an AI Motion Designer who has a strong visual sense and a solid understanding of the mobile creatives market. This is someone who can think strategically and execute hands-on. Not just a doer, but also an ideas generator.

We are looking for a freelance specialist. If the results are strong, there is a possibility to move to a full-time role.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Create video ads for mobile games

Use AI tools to generate and speed up production (images, video, sound, lip-sync, upscaling, etc.)
Produce dynamic editing, titles, hooks, and visual effects
Contribute to creative ideation together with the team
Optimize and adapt the creative production pipeline depending on the task

What kind of professional are we looking for?

A relevant portfolio is required: mobile game creatives

3+ years of experience in motion design
Strong visual awareness and understanding of current creative trends
Confident use of After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools
Experience with AI tools for graphics and video (Nano Banana, Kling, Seedream, Seedance, Flux/SD)
Ability to quickly produce videos and generate multiple variations
Strong sense of timing and editing dynamics
Independence and proactivity
Interest in AI and continuous learning of new tools, with the ability to filter and choose the right ones for each task
