Senior Product Analyst

We are Belka Games. Our company is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe according to data.ai, and our audience recently surpassed a milestone of 110 million players.  

We think we're just getting started—the sky's the limit! — so we're looking for an experienced Product Analyst who would join our team and help us grow our leading products, as well as create new ones.

We are currently looking for a specialist who knows how to sift through reams of statistical data and produce not only nice-looking graphs, but also hypotheses about changes that could result from launching a given mechanic, game, or offer. We use a data-driven approach — we always rely on data, so you will have a lot of influence over the decision-making process for our projects. For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Actively participate in the process of developing mobile games

• Establish requirements for the gathering and storage of data

• Create statistical models of user behavior, find solutions for enhancing retention and monetization

• Formulate key product metrics, build dashboards for monitoring application state

• Conduct full-cycle A/B testing

• Regularly draw up analytics reports and provide recommendations for the technical team

• Be involved in applying the results of your research to our products

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least three years of hands-on analytics experience

• An understanding of core metrics for mobile applications

• An excellent grasp of mathematical statistics

• The ability to write SQL queries quickly and elegantly

• Knowledge of Python or the willingness to learn it quickly. Experience with Pandas and SciPy is an asset

• Experience working with analytics systems (Redash, Periscore, Looker, Tableau, etc.) and the ability to create dashboards on these platforms and work with them

• Experience with various task-trackers and Confluence

• The ability to describe complex matters in a simple and clear language

• Initiative and self-sufficiency

• Intermediate English or higher

• Professional experience in the video game industry or social media
