For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create visually appealing 2D art assets, including character sprites, backgrounds, textures, icons.

• Optimize 2D art assets for performance, technical preparation of art.

• Successfully estimate and complete assigned tasks within project timelines, coordinating with Leads, Project Managers, and Art Director

• Participate in various team activities, such as brainstorming sessions and creative discussions, to contribute to the artistic vision

• Communicate effectively with other departments

• Manage personal time and workload allocation to complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet project milestones

• Follow established workflow requirements, art pipelines, and best practices to maintain efficient art production processes.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the game industry/Illustrations

• Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and the fundamentals of perspective.

• A track record of creating compelling concepts for characters and environments.

• Proficient in stylization techniques to bring unique visual elements to projects.

• Adept at freehand drawing, adding a personal touch to artistic creations.

• Possesses advanced skills in Photoshop, ensuring high-quality visual outputs.

• Ability to rapidly produce sketches and iterate on designs for efficient development.

• Strong estimating skills for effective project planning.
