What are you working on?
- The name of the project(s): Galactic Glitch (Steam), will be long for at least 1 year
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
— Analysis and selection of solutions for creating assets for a specific project:
- Working with artists to develop optimal solutions for integrating graphics into the engine;
- Working with programmers and game designers to choose optimal effects;
— Creating visual effects in Unity:
- Particle systems;
- Effects for animation;
- Writing shaders
- Post-processing
— Creating/configuring effects and animations in UI
What kind of professional are we looking for?
— Knowledge of computer graphics principles
— Experience working with Unity3d
— Experience working with 2D editors at a level sufficient for analyzing and breaking down assets before integrating them into Unity
— Experience working with Shader Graph
— Upper-intermediate level of English
It will be an advantage:
— Knowledge of CG/HLSL shader programming languages
— Experience in programming in C# for procedural effects/animation, calling and managing them from code, and procedural generation of objects
— Knowledge of OpenGL
— Portfolio of effects (implemented projects)
— Experience working with graphic editors and editors for creating visual effects (Photoshop, Adobe After Effect, Spine)
— Experience working with 3D editors
— Artistic taste
— Understanding the characteristics of different effects (smoke, fire, impulses, etc.)
