Producer (R&D, Hybrid-Casual)

Vizor is a team dedicated to creating deep, engaging, and commercially successful gaming projects. Our titles, such as Klondike Adventures and Zombie Castaways, have become benchmarks in their respective genres. Today, we are opening a new chapter and seeking a Producer for our R&D department, with a primary focus on Hybrid-Casual games.

We are looking for a visionary leader to head an existing team and transform the search for new ideas into a systematic success: from initial hypothesis testing to transitioning titles into full-scale operations.

Your Mission

You will become the architect of a new business line. Your goal is to merge the speed and flexibility of R&D cycles with Vizor’s deep product expertise to create hits tailored for the market. You will be responsible for ensuring that bold concepts evolve into scalable, high-performing products.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Portfolio Management: Developing existing prototypes, overseeing iterative improvements, and guiding products through Soft Launch to Global Release.

• Building an R&D Framework: Establishing "rapid-cycle" processes — from market analysis and hypothesis generation to validation and proof-of-concept.

• Market-Driven Approach: Making product decisions based on in-depth analysis of market trends and key metrics (CPI, Retention, LTV).

• User Acquisition & Media Planning: Working closely with the marketing funnel, understanding the nuances of traffic procurement (UA), and managing various acquisition channels.

• Leadership: Communicating the product vision to the team and fostering a culture of conscious experimentation.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Industry Expertise: A proven track record of developing, launching, and successfully operating games (preferably in Hybrid-Casual or related genres).

• Business Acumen: A clear understanding of how a product generates revenue, with proficiency in analytics, marketing tools, and user acquisition.

• Hypothesis Testing Skills: The ability to rapidly interpret data, iterate on the product, and make timely "kill or scale" decisions.

• Systems Thinking: The ability to build and maintain transparent development processes within the high-uncertainty environment of R&D.
