Python / Game Logic Developer (WoWS: Legends)

Wargaming is looking for a Python / Game Logic Developer to work on World of Warships: Legends in our brand-new Belgrade office. 

World of Warships: Legends is the best naval game around, letting you take the command of legendary warships from the period of the 20th century as you battle your way across the open sea with other players.

The project is driven by a team of international developers who combine talent with their passion for video games, resulting in World of Warships: Legends being a favorite hobby for millions all around the globe with keeping its community ever-growing!

• Platforms: Console

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Creation of server and client-side game logic for MMO game in Python; 

• Integration with internal and external services like Microsoft Live, and PSN.  

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of programming experience in Python; 

• C++ programming skills;

• Experience in developing asynchronous/multithreaded applications; 

• Familiarity with databases, and message brokers; 

• Experience working with distributed systems; 

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in computer science or related fields; 

• Advanced Russian; 

• Intermediate English or higher

• Willingness to work full time in the office.
