UA Manager

Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in two areas: Hybrid-casual & Casual (Puzzle/Brain Teasers). We have several successful products in both categories with a combined total of over 100 000 000 downloads, and we are currently featured in the top charts in the Games section. Currently, we are in search of a UA Manager whom we will entrust with the development of our games.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle, Casual, Word Games
• Platforms: iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Setting up and launching advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Applovin, Unity and etc;

• Evaluating the quality of acquired audiences according to KPIs;

• Collaborating with the creative production team for the creation and testing of creatives;

• Formulating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing their results.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Relevant experience as UA manager for at least 3 years;

• Deep understanding of the principles of operation of UA channels (SRN, DSP, Networks, Incents), the principle of functioning of their auctions;

• Experience working with large marketing budgets;

• Experience with MMPs and BI systems;

• Goal-oriented with responsibility for the results of your work;

• Analytical mindset, attention to details and strong communication skills;

• Proactivity;

• English level at least Intermediate.
