На какие задачи (обязанности)?

Leading a team of 3D Artists and ensuring the artistic vision of the project is met.
Creating high-quality environment assets that align with the project's style and direction.
Mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth.
Collaborating with the Art Director, designers, and technical specialists to maintain quality standards.
Assigning tasks and monitoring deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Optimizing assets and scenes to achieve performance goals without compromising quality.
Contributing to the development of procedural and manual tools to enhance the production pipeline.

Какого профессионала ищем?

5+ years of experience in the game development industry, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior position.
Deep knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and material creation.
Proficiency in popular 3D software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender).
Professional-level knowledge of game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity).
Skills in optimizing graphical assets for games.
Strong teamwork and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams.
Artistic sense, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of composition.
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (for collaboration with international teams).
