На какие задачи (обязанности)?

As a Lead Game UI Designer/Artist, you’ll spend approximately 40% of your time guiding and mentoring the UI/UX team and 60% creating and delivering outstanding design/UI/UX work. You’ll play a key role in defining the UI/UX direction for Emergency HQ, contributing directly to the creation of assets, and ensuring that designs enhance the player experience while aligning with the game’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Design: Concept, design and create intuitive and high-quality Interfaces, including menus, HUDs, icons, and animations, while ensuring technical feasibility and consistency.

UI/UX Vision: Contribute to defining the UI/UX vision and strategy for Emergency HQ, ensuring a cohesive and engaging player experience.

Team Leadership: Organize and manage the UI/UX team. Mentor and guide the UI/UX team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and growth, while ensuring smooth communication across disciplines.

Prototyping: Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and test design concepts effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with game designers, developers, and artists to ensure UI elements are integrated seamlessly into the game.

Optimization: Analyze player feedback and data to refine and improve UI/UX designs iteratively.

Best Practices: Help establish efficient workflows, tools, and processes to support the team and ensure consistent quality across all UI/UX deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in UI/UX design for mobile games, with some experience in a leadership or mentoring role.

Skills: Strong proficiency in tools for prototyping, producing, and animating UI assets.

Game Knowledge: Solid understanding of mobile game design, F2P mechanics, and player behavior.


Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with live service (F2P) games.

• Familiarity with Unity.

• Knowledge of localization and accessibility standards in UI design.
